Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Nope! Many clients provide access instructions. We will secure your space before we leave.
Can I request a specific cleaner?
We will do our best to honor your preferences, but availability and scheduling may vary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, select buy now pay later options, and more - all through secure booking
Do you guarantee satisfaction?
Yes. Notify us within 24 hours of your service and we will gladly return the issue at no additional charge. If you're still dissatisfied after the follow-up, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
What sets Mountain Maiden Cleaning apart?
We offer customizable cleaning packages and transparent pricing, no vague quotes. Our cleaners are also trained the same way to support uniformity within the company no matter who is assigned to you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We supply all standard cleaning supplies and most tools. We do not supply specialty equipment such as vacuums, steamers, or carpet cleaners. If you prefer that we use your personal equipment, please inform us in advance and provide the product manual or clear usage instructions. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However we cannot assume responsibility for performance issues, damage, or malfunctions that may occur while using client-owned tools.
Can I add services or upgrades after booking?
Yes! Due to the time constraints of many of our cleaning packages, most upgrades and add-ons require at least 24 hours notice. That said, if you are within the window, feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and reschedules must be made within 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees or the loss of perks. See our policy for more information
