Hello. I'm Tiana - a mother of five, born and raised in the Mountain State. I started mountain Maiden Cleaning Co. with intention: to build something of my own, and to elevate an industry I've experienced firsthand and come to understand intimately.

For years I turned to professional housekeeping - often simply because I needed relief. It didn't always feel like a luxury, but more like a lifeline. I came to deeply value the feeling of a space being truly looked after, especially when I couldn't be the one to do it myself. In those moments, I couldn't afford to care about being judged either - and I was always grateful not to be.

I've been a mom since I was a teenager, which meant doing many things out of order. The years people spend laying foundations, I spent chasing toddlers who lived like gravity was optional. But now, with more clarity, and support, I finally have the capacity to build something outside of motherhood.

As someone who's benefitted from these kinds of services over an extended period of time, that perspective has shaped every detail of the company's foundation. Which is why our packages are clearly outlined, our pricing is straightforward, and our standard of service remains high.
