Includes: -Inside/outside of appliances -Cabinets and drawers wiped inside -Walls, doors, trim cleaned -Windows and sills cleaned -Floors mopped -Light fixture wipe-downs -Baseboards scrubbed -Bathroom/kitchen detailed Please note: Homes with conditions beyond the standard scope of a Movers Clean may incur an Extensive Service Fee of $150. If conditions require more than this fee accounts for, the home will be reclassified as an Extreme Recovery Clean, regardless of whether the space is being moved into or out of. This distinction ensures that a Movers Clean remains priced for homes in near move-in condition, while homes needing attention beyond that are properly addressed.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure clarity and protect your time and ours, please review our policies. Deposits & Payments A 50% deposit is required at booking, based on Tier 2 or the listed flat rate for your service. The remaining balance (plus any add-ons) is due right after your cleaning. We'll send a quick payment link, and you can pay using any valid payment method. Add-Ons & Service Adjustments To ensure adequate time is allocated for your service, any desired add-ons must be included in the booking notes at the time of scheduling. They will be reviewed and confirmed before service begins. The final cost will be updated accordingly and charged after service is completed. If you would like to add services after booking, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to plan accordingly and avoid disruptions to other clients’ time slots. While we cannot guarantee accommodation of last-minute requests, we will do our best to honor any preferences or additions made with at least 24 hours’ notice, depending on schedule availability and service duration. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. We kindly request all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled service, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us honor the time reserved for your service and provide reliable scheduling for all clients. Access to Property If our team is unable to access your property within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival window due to no one being present or lack of entry instructions, the visit will be considered canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Arrival Time Buffer To account for traffic, weather, and job variability, cleaners may arrive within a 30–60 minute window of your scheduled time. If a different arrival window is needed, you will be notified in advance. Pets We are happy to work in homes with pets, but ask that aggressive animals be secured and that pet messes unrelated to standard home use (e.g. excessive shedding, waste, or accidents) be addressed prior to our arrival or disclosed for proper cleaning arrangements. Refund Policy At Mountain Maiden Cleaning Co., we take pride in delivering high quality, reliable service. Refunds are not permitted for completed services. If any aspect of your service does not match your selected package, please notify us within 24 hours.
